The Killers- Miss Atomic Bomb
Animation (cartoon footage): Makes the video a lot more lighthearted, the story is a follow on from a previous video and it repeats a plot of lost love and this cartoon effect helps to make the story more glamours as it contrasts with the bleak present tense non animation footage. Using animation is also a cheaper way to make the music video.
Aerial footage (filmed from a drone): Aerial footage is very expensive and gives a professional air to the video, it also sets the scene for the present tense.Performance footage: We see the band performing within the video a few times however we don't focus upon this as this is mainly concept video.
Close up shots:This is a common convention of all music videos to emphasis the main role of the lead singer.
